Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the vaizen.dev website and the project brief form, and describes the scope of projects VAIZEN, OsOO (a limited liability company organised under the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 225289-3301-OOO, TIN 01412202310122) ("we", "us", or "our") is willing to accept. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the website or engaging our Services, you agree to this AUP. It applies to all users worldwide.
Purpose
We provide software development, design, and consulting services for lawful business purposes. This AUP sets out the kinds of projects we do not undertake and the standards we expect from users of our website.
Projects we do not accept
Regardless of jurisdiction, we do not develop, design, or provide consulting for software or systems intended to:

create or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code

build credential-theft tooling, phishing kits, or other tools designed to facilitate unauthorised access to systems or accounts

facilitate fraud, including payment fraud or identity theft

operate illegal gambling services, where gambling is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction

violate applicable sanctions or export control laws

access, store, produce, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content depicting the exploitation of minors

harass, threaten, or facilitate harassment of any person or group
-
infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
-
deceive end users, including software designed to misrepresent its function, conceal its data practices, or defraud the people who use it.
We may decline to accept, or may withdraw from, any engagement that we reasonably believe falls within this Section, at our sole discretion and without liability to you.
Acceptable use of the website
When using vaizen.dev, including the brief form, you may not:

scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the website by automated means, other than standard search engine indexing

submit automated or bulk submissions through the brief form, or otherwise use it other than to enquire about a genuine project

probe, scan, or test the security of our website or infrastructure without our prior written authorisation

attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data
-
introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the availability of the website.
If you wish to report a security vulnerability, we welcome responsible disclosure: contact legal@vaizen.dev with sufficient detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable opportunity to address it before any public disclosure.
Our right to decline projects
We may decline to enter into, or may withdraw from, an engagement at any stage where we reasonably believe the project, the client's instructions, or materials provided to us fall within Section 2, or otherwise conflict with our professional or ethical standards. Where we withdraw after work has begun, our Refund Policy applies to amounts already paid.
Reporting
If you become aware of a use of our website or Services that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to legal@vaizen.dev, including sufficient detail to allow us to investigate. We review reports promptly.
Copyright owners may submit notices of alleged infringement to the same address, including identification of the work concerned and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
Consequences
Where we identify a violation of this AUP, our response will be proportionate to the seriousness of the conduct and may include a warning, refusal to proceed with a project, suspension of access to the website, or termination of an engagement. We may report violations to competent authorities where required by law or necessary to protect our systems, our clients, or the rights and safety of others.
Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with Section 18 of our Terms of Service.
